Cousins Camp Utah Days 4, 5, and 6

I have no pictures for these days...why?  I don't know.  However, for my own family history recording, I am going to give a little of what we did.  Thursday, June 18, I was at Kass's.  We basically hung out for the day, then headed down to Draper for a little dinner and birthday cake for Kass.  Anny picked up some Cafe Rio, mom made a cake and the kids played!  It was a great day.  Zack had a baseball game close by, so we walked over and watched.  They lost, Zack was very upset.  They were out of the tournament.  I didn't feel too bad.  That meant Anny and the kids could come up to Kass's and spend the night again.  Sorry Zack.

Friday morning  Aliza and I went with Kass to watch Abby's state gymnastics meet.  I guess I do have a picture of that.  She did very well.  It was exciting to watch.

After the meet, Kass and I grabbed her kids (Jacks and Maren were already in Sandy) and we ran as fast as we could to the hospital near the U of U.  We had to pick mom up from her eye surgery.  The traffic was soooo bad, we were about an hour late.  We felt terrible, but, mom will be mom, and was very forgiving.  She just needed warmth and a bed.  We spent the rest of the day at mom's taking care of her and letting the kids play OUTSIDE :).  Later that evening, we left for Ogden.  Anny and the kids came up while Jim stayed to make sure mom was o.k.  What a great Son In Law!  Thanks Jim.

I was going to stay until Sunday after church, because Sam was supposed to be in Tropic, but he decided not to leave until Sunday evening.  So, with it being Father's Day, I decided to leave Sat. afternoon to be home before Sam left.  The morning was spent packing and cleaning Kass's house before we left.
We so enjoyed our time in Utah.  We were sad to leave, but it was good to be home.  Plus...... it wasn't going to be too long before we saw them again..... until Cousins Camp in Montana.......
