Wild Animals at Glacier

Here are the animals we saw while driving through the most beautiful place. I think Sam took this picture. I believe it is a little black butterfly.
(O.K. I know this isn't an "animal", but it is nature)
Ground squirrel, eating a flower at the visitors center at the top of the mountain
Mountain goats just watching the cars go by.

Rare sighting of a Ram!! Mountain goat, hanging out on the side of the road
This would be a black bear, we wanted to see a grizzly too, but no such luck.
If you look close, you can see the huckleberries the bear is eating.
I think I can see 5 strange "very wild" animals out there some where:)

Can you guess what animal they are?

Have you read Blueberries for Sal? Cute book that involves a little guy and a black bear picking and eating blueberrys together! That bear picture reminded me of it!

Your pictures are beautiful. Dang, you are getting good! Yes I want to go next time too! Tell Sam to start working on Jim now! I'm glad you had fun and were able to see so many animals.

Next time include your mother on the invites, O.K.? What about looking at the bear from the car? They are pretty strong animals. Fun to look at all the animals.

Forget Yellowstone-Glacier, here we come! Cool & beautiful pictures. The family wild animal one is awesome too. Sam, however, doesn't look too scary, I am at a loss for words with what animal he is imitating. ha ha
