For years Jackson and I have battled about the animals or they're parts, i.e. horns, furs, snakes, frogs, bugs..... being inside the house. A few years ago, I found deer horns hung on the wall in his room. Yesterday, up went the fox and coyote hides (he has wanted them up for a year). Can you believe I even helped hold them up while he tacked them to the wall? I'm not sure who shot these poor animals (either Clint or Kenny), but Clint sent them to get tanned, or however that works. Thanks a lot Clint!
After getting them hung, rearranging a bit (lots of little holes). Jackson tells me he wants to move to a room downstairs. WHAT!? After putting all those holes in the wall? NO WAY! I guess we'll see what happens there too. :) :)

Oh Becca!!! (hahaha) It looks fine, he must be a true Pollock or maybe a little bit like his uncle Clint. I don't think I would like them sleeping above me though. How fun for him.
Jackson, Jackson, Jackson! First the racoon hat, then the boots and wrangler shirts, now hides and horns? You crack me up.
Becca, Becca, Becca! I know we have to choose our battles and with Jackson it was only time. You're a great mom!
In our other house Colton had a racoon that Kelly tanned himself. It showed up in the strangest places and was always making me jump. I guess Colton has found a safe place for it here because I haven't even thought about it since we moved until I read your blog.
I love the stripling warrior sign with the animals - haha!
How funny! Yes, some battles we will just never win. I love how many holes went in the wall to get them "just right." Awesome!
